Building cleaning

The ph-cleantec devices are also used in building cleaning: Customers from the building cleaning sector use our devices to clean windows in hospitals and old people's homes, because little water is needed and splash water is avoided, as well as radiators, because even the inner walls of modern flat radiators can be easily cleaned with our devices. Wet rooms such as toilets and showers, e.g. in schools, can also be cleaned without any problems. With a cleaning temperature of 95°C, a disinfecting effect is also achieved.

Our units are particularly efficient in the case of oily and sooty contamination, for example after a fire or in the case of walls and ceilings soiled by oil, in canteen kitchens and canteens, as well as on escalators.

Cleaning soot from fire damage

Application / Requirement

For the elimination of fire damages soot, burned-in greases and oils as well as incrusted mixtures of dust/grease must be removed from the most different surfaces and materials. The dirty parts often have very difficult surface geometries.

Previous technique

Up to now different, extremely aggressive cleaning agents and a large amount of cloths are used for these applications. In particular cases high pressure cleaners are used.

Advantages when using low pressure hot cleaners

  • Also difficult part geometries are cleaned without problems.
  • It can be cleaned without aggressive chemicals and without mechanical reworking.
  • No damages caused by high pressure.
Hall ceiling cleaning

Working with oil-operated or emulsion-operated tool machines causes – particularly if these are not equipped with an oil mist separator – deposits of parts of the oil mist from the chip removal/forming at the hall ceilings. Through this they do not only get unsightly but also lose a lot of their light and heat reflective function. (in the picture the burnt-in oil deposits of two hardening plants!)

Since the halls are normally blocked with production plants and their peripheral systems the cleaning of the ceiling areas usually is really difficult. However, there is a good opportunity if the halls or partial areas are empty, for example because of a machine move.

Due to the low pressure and the high temperatures we could achieve very good and fast cleaning results with a 1000 SR with hose extension and with low addition of a cleaning agent with a temporary corrosion protection. Customer‘s conclusion: „outstanding efficiency, super result!“

Advantages of the low pressure hot water cleaning system

  • Gentle procedure for human and environment
  • Use in the hall and thus weather independent
  • Parts are not fired through the area like at high pressure
  • Low water and resource consumption
