History

ph-cleantec GmbH is a medium-sized German mechanical engineering company based in Fellbach, Baden-Württemberg. The company was founded in 1987 as Schickert GmbH to develop a brake cleaning system together with Mercedes. This gave rise to the idea of cleaning brakes, engines and transmission parts with low pressure and high temperatures.

Since then, we have been manufacturing hot cleaning equipment and have been chosen by well-known car manufacturers such as Mercedes, BMW and VW. Today, we supply the entire transport sector, including cars and commercial vehicles, shipping, aviation, buses and trains, as well as e-bikes, mountain bikes and even tanks. In the transport sector, the devices are primarily used for cleaning parts, workpieces and surfaces contaminated with grease and oil.

It soon became clear that low pressure and high temperatures can also be used to clean entire machines, especially tooling machines, particularly efficiently. The company has therefore been a reliable partner to industry for over 30 years: in addition to the metalworking and machining industry, it also supplies the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, often with top-of-the-line stainless steel equipment that also meets the highest hygiene standards.

In 2007, the company changed its name to ph-cleantec GmbH. Over the years, production capacities have been continuously expanded and the product portfolio has been extended. A few years ago, for example, we developed devices for the thermal disinfection of cooling lubricant, with which cooling lubricant can be pasteurised and disinfected without the addition of biocides.

Today, we also offer various services in Germany, such as inspections under accident prevention rules and rental equipment, as well as personal advice and a technical hotline from our team of experts in Fellbach. At the same time, we supply customers worldwide who are looked after locally by our partners abroad.

We are proud of the fact that our equipment is not only robust and economical, but also particularly sustainable and gentle. In this way, we make an active contribution to environmental protection, sustainability and occupational safety.
