- ph-cleantec expands the production and administration
According to our expansion strategy we have extended our capacities in the production and administration. At the location Fellbach-Schmiden the manufacturing area as well as the administration could be almost doubled by appropriate investments.
- ph-cleantec low pressure hot cleaning technology also shown at the Grand Opening of the HSC Center in Geretsried
The company DECKEL MAHO GILDEMEISTER opened their new HSC Centre in Geretsried from 22nd to 25th March 2011 with an event of several days’ duration (Grand Opening). ph-cleantec was represented with their low pressure hot cleaning technique with a stand during this event. Furthermore a partnership agreement was concluded; a device of ph-cleantec is permanently on-site. With the series 1000 SRK the milling machines are cleaned in the demonstration centre; furthermore the technique is presented to the visitors of the HSC Centre.
- New patent for ph-cleantec
Middle of March 2011 a new patent was granted to ph-cleantec for their sedimentation concept for the 1000 SR. An especially developed separation and filtration procedure assures a pre-separation of oils/greases as well as solid matters in the cleaning bath for parts. Therefore, the industrial water can be operated in the circulation for some time and thus the consumption of resources can be reduced drastically and consequently this method respects the environment and saves money.

- Low pressure hot cleaning presented in the Motorex industrial catalogue
| The Swiss company Motorex (manufacturer among others of cooling lubricants for the metal processing) for the first time has included a product of ph-cleantec in their official industrial catalogue: the low pressure hot cleaner 1000 SRK-AS. This device is mainly offered for the gentle and efficient cleaning of tool machines. |
- New products introduced on the occasion of the sales meeting 2011
A variety of new products could be introduced to the national and international sales personnel of ph-cleantec on the occasion of this year’s sales meeting from 12th to 13th May 2011.
The following devices are part of it:
- Series 1000 OSC and 1000 OSE for the cleaning of tool machines with cutting oil
- Pre-spray unit SR-VS for pre-spraying of acidic and alkaline media or demineralised water
- 1000 SR-Tower as closed device with brush curtain and exhaust system
- Dosing technique for the different device types
- New interchangeable tools also for applications with acidic cleaning agent or demineralised water
